This package is for those who have the majority, if not all, of their wedding planned. You just need someone in the background to answer questions, offer advice, and help pull all the details together to ensure your day goes and smooth and stress-free as possible.
COORDINATION PACKAGE MAY INCLUDE, BUT IS NOT LIMITED TO:
Unlimited phone and email communications from date of contract
Vendor referrals
Initial consultation meeting to go over the details thus far
Venue walk-thru to finalize details
Vendor confirmation 1-2 weeks before the wedding day, to verify details of their services
Coordination of ceremony rehearsal
Wedding day timeline and production schedule
On-site management and coordination of wedding / vendors
Assisting the wedding party and guests as needed
Manage vendor setup at the ceremony and reception sites per your instructions
Décor and prop set up and break down per your instructions
All packages are customizable to fit your wedding day needs. Pricing subject to change due to tasks required of wedding coordinator, size of wedding, number of wedding related events, etc. Any additions or special requests will be determined prior to signing of contract so proper pricing may be estimated. Additional travel and lodging fees may apply for distances greater than 70 miles.
partial planning
This package is for the couple who may have already completed portions of their planning but may find themselves confused or overwhelmed with all of the options and decisions. This package is designed to allow the couple a hands-on role in their planning but are wanting professional expertise to make sure they are on track.
